So for Architects in the profession, tendering is a 'transparent' process of getting projects through a 'healthy' competition. It is a lot of documentation, and if Architect keeps the habit of documenting each project right from the business development to hand over stage, then the tender participation is a smooth cake walk !

1. You are over-confident that you will finish the submission 2 days prior to the deadline !

2. You are perfect at all documentation, but you don't remember the final filename.

3. Your DSC is about to expire.

4.All set, but where are those other stakeholders?? CA declares he is out of town and the lawyer says go get the stamp paper, I'll do the notary only in 10 minutes!

5. You now have the final binder on your desktop, but you save it with special characters, the server doesn't accept it.

6. You successfully log-in, make the tender fee payment on portal, but then, it is time to Crash !!!

7. Panic Mode ON !!!!!!

8. You start irritating your team.

9. You just let go everything and go to sleep.

10. After 20 minutes, you stare at your screen with one eye and the server is active....

11. You jump towards your computer and finish the submission !!

12. Mission accomplished , Clap, Clap, Clap!

P.S. The submission deadline is extended...
